overnight, but one's contribution, however insignificant it may seem at the
time, is important and will affect the lives of many people for years to come.
* Emotional stability and physical vigor
will get you through the toughest of times.
* Have a strong sense of humor and the
ability to laugh at yourself.
* Make the effort to relate as a
peer with others of different backgrounds and to respect others regardless of
race, religion, nationality, sex, economic level, or political point of view.
* There will be unexpected joys, as well as unexpected
disappointments.
